NACHO

DELCIE + JULIA · OUR STORY

Sunday dinner.
Reimagined.

Every week, we make creative nachos for Sunday night dinner. We’ve been at it for years—and we’ve probably tried close to 100 recipes.

Nacho Ordinary Sunday is our place to keep those creations: a picture of what we made, the toppings that went on it, and the occasional mystery that didn’t quite make it into the notes.

“What if we put that on nachos?”

Sometimes the answer is BBQ chicken and peach salsa. Sometimes it’s prosciutto and figs. At Christmas, it might even be sugar cookies, frosting, and sprinkles.

Our someday dream

We’d love to open a small restaurant that serves only nachos and margaritas. Until then, it’s the two of us, our kitchen, and a new tray to look forward to each week.

A notebook, not a rulebook

These posts document our dinners. Most are topping lists rather than measured recipes. Where we used another cook’s recipe as inspiration, we link to it. Where our old notes are incomplete, we say so.
